Christchurch, Last Night. The second test match, Victoria v. New Zealand, commenced to-day in fine weather. The wicket was good and (be oulfield fast.. New Zealand won the toss and batted. For the most part, play was slow, tlie batsmen taking no risks. The last wicket fell with the score at 237 —eleven more than the first innings produced at Wellington last, week.
