VICTORIA DEFEATS MANAVVATU. Victoria defeated Mauawatu at Palmerston N. yesterday with nine wickets to spare in the second innings. Mauawatu knocked up 205 in the first innings and 07 in the second. Victoria responded with 191 in their first innings and following on 85 for the loss of one wicket.
