Grevmoufh, February 21. A party of miners in the James State mine have signed an agreement to work a dip section on the co-operative system, and they commence work on Monday next. This .makes the third party that have come to work sections on the co-operative system. It is understood that there arc other sections of the State mines which could be workei on the same system, and it is expected that sa-. tisfaetory urrangemci is will be made to work other sections. The co-operative system is evidently appealing to the mjen.
