N OTICE >s hereby given that the Council proposes for the purpose of constructing Public Swimming Baths, in rear of the Council Chambers, to raise a Special loan of £l,400 at a rate of interest not exceeding six per cent, per annum, with a Sinking Fund not exceeding one per cent. And for the purpose of providing for the repayment 'of the loan, and for the payment of interest charges thereon, to appropiate and pledge as security, a Special Rate of onefarthing in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Foxton; such rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and to be made and levied by resolution of the Council to be passed after the said Special Loan has been, agreed to by the Ratepayers. The whole of the 'loan is*to be repaid at the expiry of seven years from the date of raising the same.
