THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day;— The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, southerly winds, moderate prevailing, and backing by east to north. Mild and hazy conditions. Weather cloudy to overcast at times. Barometer little movement but barometer falling shortly. Seas moderate, tides moderate.
