HIGH COADMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 31st inst., reads; “Hemp, Manila market, dull and prices lower. ‘J’ grade, February-April shipments, quoted at £52 and value. New Zealand market quiet and prices lower. High points, February-April shipments, are quoted at £4l, fair £3B 15/-.”
