Messrs Levin and Co. .Ltd. have received the following cable from their London agents, dated the 28th January, 1925: “The following prices are current for average farmers’ lots at the sales now proceeding:—Grea^ r Merinos 31d to 35d per lb.; scoured do. 5/3 per lb.; greasy super Halfbreds, 56’s 30d to 35d per lb.; do., fine, 50/ 56’s 29d to 33d per lb.; do., greasy Halfbreds, 48/50’s 26d to 29d per lb.; do., line Crossbreds, 46/48’s, 24d to 27d per lb.; do., medium Crossbreds, 44/40’s 23d to 26d per lb.; do., coarse, 40/44’s 22d to 25<i per lb; do., low, 3(i/40’s 21d to 24d per lb.; greasy,Crossbred pieces 19d to 21d per lb.; do., bellies 18d to 2()d per Hi.; do., locks lid to 13d per lb."
