The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:—• The indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening and backing by north to west. Expect warm and humid conditions. The weal her appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer has a .falling tendency. Seas rough, tides good .-•well.
