It takes up in dramatic fashion the evil effects of too much jazz and cabaret life, as they interfere in preserving the sanctity of the "home. Although not a sermon this feature has a good moral value. A comedy “Keep Moving.” the latest Pathe Gazette and several other pictures complete the programme. Usual prices. ROYAL PICTURES. "Painted People,” a First Xntional picture boasts Colleen Moore as its featured player, is a photoplay of unusual contrasts, and conrains a wide range of settings, guaranteed to please every patron at the Royal Theatre to-night. The east is mi excellent one and stars Colleen Moore, of “Flaming Youth” fame. As an extra “Ren Ms of Paradise" will he screened. Usual prices. On Monday night Alma Rubens and Conrad Nagel appear in “The Rejected Woman,” n Selzniek pielure of exceptional merit. The scenes depicted are real thrillers and both artists insisted in personally going through with them, both narrowly escaping serious injury in several instances. On Tuesday night a photoplay dopi. ring the notorious Bowery, “The Bowery Bishop," will he screened.
