Christopher James Parr, C.M.G., M.P., Minister of Education and Minister of Justice. Knight Bachelor: Dr. Frederick Truby King, C.M.G., director of child welfare division of the Department of Health. Companions of the most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George: Mr Frank Milner, M.A., rector of Waitaki Boys’ High School, Oamara, and Captain Arthur Randolph Wornieley Curtis, M.C., lately private secretary to Earl Jellicoe.
