HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. '' ; The High Commissioner’s cable, doted the 13th inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market, dull and easier. ‘J’ grade, December-February shipments, quoted at £54 to £55 sellers. : New Zealand market continues quiet with December-February shipments quoted at high points £43, fair £4l and value. Output of Manila from Ist January to 30th November, 1924 was 1,392,000 bales, against 1,363,- _ 000 for the same period last year. Stocks in Manila were 169,000 against 162,000. Stocks in Great Britain 8,327 against 16,000.”
