FORGERY AND UTTERING.
Dunedin, December 5. Tn the Supreme Court. James Martin Delahunty and George K. Mullenger, on respective charges of forgery and uttering in connection with the teachers’ D. examination in August last year, were each fined £lO. The circumstances were those of the previous ease, heard last year, namely, impersonation.
