Dunedin, December 5. The first prosecution under the mw housing legislation of last session came before the Magistrate’s Court, when Andrew Edgar was lined 20/- for letting a dwellinghouse within six months after obtaining possession from tenant on the ground that he reasonably required it for his own occupation.
