WHAT WILL JELLICOE SAY? London, December 4. Admiral of the Fleet, Viscount Jellicoe, retires from the active Navy list to-morrow, his sixty-fifth birthday, under a regulation providing for the compulsory retirement at the ago of any officer who has not been employed in Naval Service during the past five years. The “Daily Express” points out that Lord Jellicoe will now be free to make a full and detailed reply to tlie Admiralty and other criticisms of his conduct of the Jutland battle.
