HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 22nd inst,, reads: “Hemp, Manila market, opened quiet but oiosod firm and business has been done in ‘J’ grade, Nuvember-Feb-ruary shipments, at £53 10/- and value. .New Zealand market quiet hut small business lias been done in high points, November-January shipments at £43, fair at £4O, but fair is now quoted at £41.”
