IN BANKRUPTCY.

A petition in bankruptcy has been tiled by Walter Clifford ElogdeLl, who lately carried on the business of a bootmaker at Shannon. The amount shown to be due to the ‘secured creditors totals £ll7 but the list is at present incomplete, several creditors not having advised the D.O.A. of the extent of bankrupt’s indebtedness to them. Assets are stated to amount to £59 5/7, being composed as follows: Stock-in-trade £SO 9/6, .book debts £l6 (estimated to produce £10) and cash in hand £8 16/1. A deficiency of £57 14/7 remains, which will be added to when the list of unsecured creditors is complete, )
