THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— Indications are for variable and strong breezes, but northerly moderate to strong at times, and backing by west to south. Expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. Barometer has a falling tendency, but rising after about 10 hours. Seas‘considerable, tides moderate.
