SALVATION ARMY.
FAREWELL TO LOCAL OFFICERS. Ai the Army Ilall on Monday night Ensign Lillingston and Capin in Stevenson, who for the past ten months have been in charge of the local corps will be publicly tarewelled prior to their departure on three months furlough, which will be spent in Sydney, Melbourne and Western Australia. Ensign Lillingston is looking forward to a reunion with her folk across the Tasman. In common with the Fox ton public, we wish the officers a happy time and a safe return and would take this opportunity of paying a tribute to their self sacrificing and willing services rendered in cases of local distress. Colonel Carmichael and Adjutant Charker will have charge of the public farewell and a cordial invitation is extended to friends and wellwishers to he present.
