The High Commissioner's cable, dated the- 25th inst., reads: ‘•'Hemp, Manila market, quiet. ‘J’ grade, November-January shipments quoted at .€SO 10/- sellers. New Zealand market quiet with high points, Oeto-ber-Deeember shipments quoted at £-.14 .10/-, fair £42' 10/- and value.”
