El CURE PARTY AND DANCE. i From Our Own Correspondent.) A most enjoyable euchre party ami dance was held in the Beach Hall iast evening in aid of the AIL Saints Children's Home Christmas bazaar. Euchre occupied the first part of Die evening, the prizes being won by Airs Hoyle and Mr W. Mai l icy , and the "booby” prizes by Airs .McPherson and Master Cecil Davey. After a. dainty sapper bad been partaken of dancing was indulged in interspersed with games and community singing. The matron of the Home, Airs Murdock, supplied splendid music and Alcssrs D. Pedersen and S. Hartley capably carried out the duties of M.’sC. The evening closed with the singing of “Auld Lang Syne.”

Aliss Leah, the newly appointed assistant at All Saints’ Children's Home, at the Beach, has- arrived from Auckland and taken up her duties.
