FATAL ACCIDENT.
* — DEATH OH BUXTON YOlA’li LADY. An accident which terminated i’atnllv occurred at Waikaenne on Thursday evening, the victim being Miss Stella Beatrice Barry, the 18-vcar-old daughter of Mrs Castle, of Frances Si reel, Foxton. Miss Barry won staying with her brother-in-law. Mr B. (!. Until, of Waikaenne. and or. Thursdav evening rode out on horseback to get the evening mail, ft is surmised that she fell from the horse and'was fatally injured. She was taken to the Otaki Hospital but did not recover consciousness, death resulting yesterday morning, from fracture of the skull. The deceased was well-known lo rally and was an ex-pupil of the local State school and was very popular with her companions. Sincere regret will he felt for the bereaved mother and family. The funeral will take place to-morrow (Wednesday), leaving All Saints’ Church for the Foxton cemetery at 2p.m. In connection with the above, the members of St. Alonica’s Girls’ fluild. of which deceased was a member, tire requested to attend tit the service in All Saints' Church tomorrow..
