THE LAKE SUITABLE.

Thu Mayor of Levin, at Monday night's meeting of the Borough Council. outlined the proposal to hold the N'.Z. Championship Rowing Regatta on Lake Horowhenua. He had received a telephone message from tiie committee which inspected the Lake, to the effect that they considered it quite suitable for the l’egatta and would recommend it.
