NEW ZEALANDER. OUTPOINTED
London, Septemb. 23. The heavyweight, Phil. Scott, outpointed Tom Heeney, the New Zealander,- in 20 rounds. The house was packed and several hundreds were turned away. Scott was the better man in nearly every round and scored well with body blows, up-per-cuts and in the clinches. He kept Heeney off with straight lefts, llceney fought gamely, and occasionally looked dangerous with right and left swings, but the Englishman mostly took them on his arms.
