BOX PLAN NOW OPEN AT HEATH’S. A STUPENDOUS PERFORMANCE. The box plan has been opened at Heath’s and intending- patrons to the forthcoming pantomime, “Aladdin,” should lose no time in applying if they wish to snap up the best seats. For the benefit of those who cannot apply personally, a telephone call to No. 13 or 115 will have the' desired effect. This production is without fear of contradiction, the most stupendous that Miss La France and Mr Sinclair have ever attempted. Entailing nearly forty musical items, in addition to the wonderful dialogue which goes to make up the story. As to the costumes of the performers, principals, chorus and ballet, the dictionary does not contain adjectives which will adequately describe them sufficient that they are gorgeous in every possible sense of the word importing to the production a brilliant oriental atmosphere. Every performer, from the smallest child in the ballet to the most important principals are working at high pressure in order that this pantomime shall be one gigantic success which will linger in the memory of the audience for a long time. And the my--tcrioiis contortions of the Human Spider, whilst during the entre aete Mr IT. E. Bennett, the popular P.N. tenor, will render several items. Another item of special interest is “Horsey. Keep Your Tail Up,” to he sung hy Lester Sinclair in collusion with Horace, the Ancient Horse. This being the first time a veal live horse has ever appeared on the Town Hall stage. Miss La France will he seen in some exceedingly new snd funny child impersonations including “Aoh f.-hoo.” a very humorous snoozing song in which she will he assisted by little Hazel Hinds. Another innovation in this production, to be introduced for the first time to Foxton audiences is The Peerless Trio comprising the if-,-.- favourite instrumentalists. Miss Ella Patterson, piano, (hy courtesy of Mr W. Hamer), Mr •: ,;i Wall- (cornet). Mr Charles Simmons 'violin), who will provide 'he iueidt ntal music and accompaniments. thus providing music that in - safe I• * -ay cannot he excelled in New Zealand.
