“THE GLORIOUS FOOL.’
“The Glorious Fool,” at. the Town Hall to-night, is a delightful story b\ Mary Rinehart, about a wealthy young man, who married bis nurse ten minutes before lie was supposed to die. and then unexpectedly lived. Richard Dix plays the part of the young man, who jilted by his fiancee, looked upon the wine when it was very bright red, and woke up in the hospital to find his nurse to be charming and sympathetic. Also “A Hula Honeymoon,” comedy and Pa the Gazette, English Budget, etc. Prices as usual. “IF WINTER COMES.”
Belter than the book, is Harry Millarde’s pieturisation of A. E. M. Hutchinson’s “If Winter Comes,” to bo. screened at the Town Hall on Monday and Tuesday next. The whole story was “shot” in the South of England. Every character is in.most capable hands, the work of Percy Marmont as Mark Sabre, Ann Forrest and others. A 12-reel production Every few months Fox seems to make a real big success, but it seems very doubtful whether the present generation will see anything truer to life and more complete in detail and finish than “If Winter Comes.” Popular prices will be charged, viz. 1/ - and 2/-. The enchantment of the Arabian Mights entertainment- is combined with a stirring English love story of to-day in “The Brass Bottle,” the screen masterpiece to be screened at the ffoyal Theatre to-night.
