In the Supreme Court, the jury failed to agree in the ease in which Charles Bernard Miller. Frederick McKinley, John Kattrav Dunlop and Arthur Swain were charged with breaking and entering the Harbour Board shed and stealing a cask of whisky, valued at £lls. At the first trial in June, the jury also disagreed. The Crown prosecutor asked for a new trial at Palmerston N.
