TIDAL WAVE AT CHATHAMS.
♦ FISHING LAUNCHES WRECKED. Christchurch, Last Night. The steamer Tess to-night brought news of a tidal wave at the Chatham Islands in which four tishing launches were wrecked, but fortunately no one was injured. Some of the fishermen had a terrifying experienee.
