ALLEGED INCENDIARISM.
Auckland, Last Night I lioiuas Heaton appealed before Air Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court, charged with having set on jtre lus own premises in St. Northeuole, on March 23. He pleaded not guilty, and after a trial occupying, two days, the jurv failed io agree and. a new trial was ordered for next session.
