His Excellency then grasped the lever of a.ship’s.engine telegraph—a memento from H.M.S. New Zealand —and declared Flock House open by the unique method of turning the telegraph to “Jfull Speed ahead,” at the same time voicing a wish for the prosperity of the iusi il.nl ion. The gathering then sang the National Anthem. The ikon W, M os-worthy, Minister for Tmimg'fhtion, stated that the department would assist the work in every possible way.
