CORRESPONDENCE.
(To The Editor). Sir, —I notice ;■ correspondent to your paper suggests that the Borough Council should take action re . i ifain houses which are unfit for human habitation. Well, sir, my experience i- ibat there are some tenants unfit to occupy decent houses. Miuu.-t as soon as the places are renovated the work is spoiled by (be filthy practices of certain tenants. Fences are broken for firewood and oilier damage done, and the rent must lie collected with a mask on or let go. The houses are alright hut the tenants are the menace. —Yours clc. PULL-UP.
