WEDDING.

The wedding took place at the Baptist Church. Ingestre Street, Wanganui, recently of Doreen Mercia, second daughter of Airs and the late E. H. King, to John Harold, eldest son of Air and Airs -J. Dooley, of Ameliffe, Sydney. The bride, who was given in marriage by bet' mother, wore a simple draped frock of white chiffon velvet, caught at one side with a pearl and heliotrope ornament, and with sleeves of radium lace. Her veil was held in place with tiny bunches of orange blossoms, and she carried a handsome bouquet. Miss Edna King attended her sister. She wore a frock of white satin moroeaiu, with ro>ebmls of the same material around the hem, and lirilliante.s at the neck. She ,-ilso wore a large tulle how in her hair and carried a posy. Little ATnriel Taylor was (lower-girl. She wore a white crepe do chine frock rind carried a decorated basket. Rev. S ran lev .tonkin was the officiating minister. AIT Long was hestman mul Mr J. Later, Mr and Airs Dooley left mi their wedding tour, Alt's Dooley wearing -a grey gabardine three-pie-ce costume with an Egyptian moroeaiu top. and a bat to tone. Mr and Mrs Dooley are at present resident in Foxton. where Mr Dooley is relieving ieaeher at the Stale se bool.
