MASSEUR IN TROUBLE.

Edward ‘Joinings, a registered Masseur, was lined £5 at lhe Magistrate's Court for a breach of the Afedieal Practitioners’ Act, in that he implied by .advertisement that he was a registered specialist in women's dseases.
