The romance of the Mop girl who claimed relationship with Royalty culminated in Ihe Court of Sessions in Edinburgh, when Lord Morison granted a declaration that Miss Constance Mary Lvon, shop assistant, of Aberdeen, was Ibe eldest lawful daughter of Hubert Ernest Bowes-Lyon, nephew of, the Earl of Stralhmore, which relationship makes Miss Lyon second cousin of the Duchess of York.
