AT NELSON AND TIMARU.
Nelson, Last Night.
The premises of the City Club, Trafalgar Square, were entered last night when three cases of whisky and several bottles of schnapps, brandy and wine and a quantity of cigars and cigarettes were stolen.
Timaru, Last ‘Night.
On going to his shop in Stafford St. this morning, a tailor, Mr F. S. Cave, found it had been burglariously entered and overcoats and rolls valued at £6O stolen. Three weeks ago, Mr Cave’s shop was entered and £BO worth of stuff stolen. Entry on this occasion was made through, the same window which, as before, had been smashed in.
