CURE FOR CANCER.

PROFESSOR’S DISCOVERY. LONDON SPECIALIST DOUBTFUL. Rome, May 19. Professor .Fichera told the niedi-<-ul section of the League of Nations that he had discovered the prevention and the cure of cancer. He believes that the disease is due to a delicieney of the secretion from a giaud in the thx'oat. He vainly tried to stimulate the gland but instead, as a result of laboratory experiments, had produced a synthetic Ituid which disolved caneers and prevented the disease to persons predisposed thereto.
