The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day. Indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. Increasing haze and cloudiness for an unfavourable change in the weather. Barometer falling. Seas moderate, tides poor.
