MOUTOA SCHOOL COMMITTEE

HOUSEHOLDERS’ MEETINU. The was a good attendance of householders at the school on Mouuay night for the annual meeting. Mr V. Jewell was elected to the chair and after giving a report of tUfl’Sommittee’s work for the year, the balance-sheet, showing a credit of £l6 12/8 was adopted. Mr Aitken (headmaster) then read a report of school work for the year and made it clear that the prugrfifes of the school will continue provided the attendance does not fall. None of the old committee sought re-election and the following were elected to the committee for the ensuing- year; Mr N. Verity (chairman), M. Campbell, (j. Spring, A. Gregory and X. Trigged. A vote of thanks to the chair concluded the meeting.
