ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
The usual match between Wellington South and the local boys will take place on Easter Monday on the racecourse. Kick-off about 2 p.m.
At a. meeting of the Manawatu Centre held this week, at Palmerston North, it was deoided to play a knock-out round to ascertain the team to be nominated to enter in the Chatham Cup competition and tile local hoys will meet the St. Andrews' team, Palmerston N., at Palmerston N. on Saturday, April 26. The final game in the knock-out competition is to he played on the local ground.
