S.M. COURT.

The ordinary monthly sitting of the S.M. Court was held yesterday before Air J. L. Stout, S.AI. BY-LAW CASES. For driving cars at an excessive rate of speed within the borough, Raymond Wehley, Harry Dnnstan and John Crichton were each fined £3 with costs 7/-. Al. Hart, for riding a bicycle on the footpath was fined 5/- with 7/rosts. Pino, on a similar charge was fined 5/- with costs 12/-. IT. Christensen, F. Mariolt, W. Harris, and H. Morgan were each lined 5/- with costs 7/- for ruling bicycles after sunset without lights. For allowing stock to wander within the borough, L. McCarthy, was fined 10/- with costs 7/-; R. N. Spoirs 10/- with costs 7/-; Fred. Robinson 15/- with costs 7/- and A. Collins 10/- with costs 7/-. Li all the above cases Air Bergin appeared for the ATunicipality. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was entered up for plaintiff in the following civil undefended cases:—

K. McCauley v. J. Higgins, £l, costs 12/-; same v. S. Robinson £2 10/-. costs £1 7/6; D. W. Robertson and Co. Ltd. v. T. Murphy £ls 6/3, cost® £2 14,/-; same v. T. Sullivan. £2 18/-, costs £1 14/6; G. T. Woodroofe v. C. Sorensen £4 10/-, costs 9/-.
