The following ladder matches have been played recently: — Mrs MeMurray 40, defeated Miss Beard 33; Miss B. Speirs 40 defeated Miss Williams 31, Miss B. Speirs 40, defeated Miss Fahey 28. The following are the results in connection with the Robinson Ferns competition: — Mrs MeMurray (-5) 40 defeated Miss Beard (-5) 33.: C. Procter (-5) 35, defeated A. Fuller (10) 42: Miss F. Owen (5) 45. defeated Mrs MeMnrray ( 5) 42. 0. Townshend won from C. Procter by default. Tn. the final of the Walton Rose Bowl Handicap, Mrs MeMurray (-5) defeated Miss Perreau (ser.) 45—34. C. Bryant and N. Ross are left in the final of the Men's Cup, hut owing to illness, the play off hasbeen postponed until next season.
