SORRY OCCURRENCE AT BULLS.
In the last race at Bulls (says ‘‘Carbine" in the X.Z. Times) the •judge made three attempts to ar T rive at a, decision. ITis placings were as follow: First Attempt:— Strongholt 1 Some Red 2 Tinohari 3 Second Attempt.— Some Red 1 Thurles 2 Tinohari 3 Third Attempt. — Some Red 1 Thurles - Treadwell 3
1 <lo not wish to comment on the incident at present, but as the colours of the horses concerned arc not very much like one another, I will sav what they arc: —
Strongliolt (tangerine, black and while striped sleeves). Some Rod (terracotta, royal blue band, gold cap). Tinohari (red with black braces). Treadwell (cardinal, black sash, gold cap). Tlmrles (white, turquoise blue band).
