TAR-SEALED ROAD.
Mr Chrys'tall said something should be done to get a tar-sealed road ■from Palmerston N. to Foxton so as to divert the Hawke’s Bay-Pal-raei'ston N. traffic via Rangiotu. south instead of following the coast road from Palmerston N. He considered if this was done it would be a great asset to the beach and Help to boost it.
