PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH.

The quarterly meeting of the management and session of the Foxton charge of the Presbyterian Church was held at Eangiotu yesterday. The Rev. F. McDonald, Moderator, presided. Delegates were present from Foxton, Rangiotu, Glen Oroua and Rangiotu. The session report showed an increase of 35 on the Communion roll. The committee decided to recoinmed the budget system of contributions in order to avoid special efforts. It was decided to hold harvest thanksgiving services and gold collection during March with the object of clearing the debt off the general account. A well attended meeting of the IWV.M.U. was also held in the afternoon, presided over by Mrs McDonald, when a most interesting time was spent.
