FATAL STREET ACCIDENT.

Christchurch Last Night. Stevens A. Hamilton, a married man, residing at Spreydon, was fatally injured to-night in a collision between a bicycle he was riding and a tram car. Previous to the accident the motorman rang the* gong to get a cart off the line and as the cart pulled 'off, Hamilton came out from behind the cart, crossed to the line and was struck by the car. He died in hospital shortly afterward*.
