RIFLE SHOOTING.

The second shoot for Mr Admore's trophies was held last Saturday. A tricky wind and bad light caused the rifiemen a great deal of trouble. The following are the scores:— *

J. S. Hartley, 43, 4, 47; VV. Symons 39, 8, 47; S. Head 35, 10, 45; A. Barnard 32, 8, 40; C. Rand 30, 10, 40; Cadet Hartley 31; Cadet Head 27; Cadet Delany 26; Cadet Tyer 23; Cadet Admore 19.

The final shoot will be held on Saturday at 300 yards range.
