A verdict that death was due to asphyxiation caused by Murray committing suicide by hanging himself was returned at the inquest on a convict, Daniel Murray, at Paparua gaoi this 5 afternoon. A letter was produced addressed to Miss Baughany*stating Murray’s intention to commit suicide.
