OPENING DAY MARRED BY RAIN
Feilding. February IS. Tim Manchester Block (compris
ing Feilding Borough and Orona County) celebrations jubilee opened to-day. The outdoor programme had to be; abandoned owing to persistent rain. Over SO old settlors are being entertained at a banquet by the committee and the town is gaily decorated but rain marred the appearance.
