OFFENDER FINED HEAVILY. Auckland. Feb. 15. At the Supreme Court, for inde,ciitlv exposing himself to two little girls, Benjamin Barker was fined £25 and placed on probation and oidcred to prohibit himself, Accused was obviously under t\e nlluence of liquor, and the jury had made a recommendation for mercy.
