MISSING BANKRUPT ARRESTED
Auckland, Last Night, information has been received that George Morris, a builder, of Auckland, who disappeared, and Avas made bankrupt in May last, has been arrested in Melbourne. He lias been waiting in custody for a fortnight for proof of his identity. At a creditors meeting in May the Official Assignee stated that unsecured claims totalled £3,556 in addition to liens against contracts. As far as he could see there was not a brass farthing for ordinary creditors.
