SCOUTS’ CAMP.
A concert party consisting of Mesdames Kimball, Downes, Miss Molly Downes, Mr Doaviics and the Maori Concert Party (Messrs Ellers, Carter, Heapy and McGregor) entertained the boys at the Scout Camp last night. The Mayor (Mr J. Clirystall presided and spoke to the hoys. The programme was most acceptable and each item was heartily received. Lieutenant Slipper I hanked the concert party for their attendance. He very much appreciated the interest taken by the Foxtonites in ihe Scouts, and cheers were called for and given heartily for both hosts and guests. At the Royal Theatre to-night the Scouts will give a concert in recognition of the kindness extended to them by the proprietors in giving the Scouts free passes to the pictures during their encampment.
